Avoiding Aggressive Driving

The American Transportation Research Institute reported that the chance of a commercial motor vehicle driver getting into a crash is much higher if the driver has been convicted of hazardous driving previously. A driver with a reckless driving violation actually has a 114% greater chance of being involved in a crash.

What is aggressive driving? 

According to AAA, aggressive driving is any type of unsafe driving behavior done intentionally, or with disregard for safety. This can include speeding, running red lights, tailgating, and more. More extreme behaviors are cursing, ramming, sideswiping, and even forcing other drivers off the road.
