Spotlight on Brucki Chajon
Brucki Chajon started working in the insurance industry in 2015. What started as a way to help friends and family find affordable coverage quickly turned into a full-time career once she realized how much she enjoyed educating and supporting clients through the process.
“I’ve always been driven by helping people feel secure,” says Brucki. “Insurance gives me the chance to guide families and business owners through decisions that protect their future. That sense of impact is what keeps me going every day.”
Brucki says that over the years, Maryland Auto has become a trusted partner in helping her serve a wide range of clients, especially those with limited options. She has been working with Maryland Auto for about seven years. Even before launching her own agency, she worked with Maryland Auto in her previous positions.
“With the current economy and rising costs, Maryland Auto continues to be an essential option,” Brucki shares. “It allows us to assist clients who may have had prior issues or are working to get back on track financially.”
She explains that many of her customers are hard-working individuals who just need a second chance or a simple way to get insured and that Maryland Auto brings accessibility to them. “Being able to offer them a solid solution from a reliable company makes a real difference.”
Her agency also writes commercial auto policies. “Lately, we’ve seen more small businesses using personal vehicles for work purposes, especially gig economy drivers or contractors,” she says. “Maryland Auto plays a key role in helping those clients get proper, compliant coverage even when they may not qualify with other carriers. It’s helped keep businesses running and customers protected.”
Brucki is also actively engaged in her local community. She is involved with local events, nonprofits, and small businesses Brucki believes that community involvement builds trust and shows support. She says that it has helped build lasting relationships and better understand the needs of the people her company serves.
