Maryland Auto Insurance is seeking candidates to fill a Property Damage Claims Supervisor position in our Baltimore office at McHenry Row. This is a challenging and rewarding position for an energetic team oriented leader who can plan, measure, and commit to delivering desired results.

Job duties include:

  • Coaching, training, and developing Property Damage Claim Adjusters
  • Directing claim files
  • Providing reports to management

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Requirements:

Qualified applicants will possess a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of auto liability claims experience. Additional claims experience may be substituted on a year‑for year basis for the required education. Bodily injury claims handling experience is a plus.

Additional Information:

This position will report to a Claim Manager and supervises Claim Adjusters. The work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; flextime and some teleworking may be available with your manager’s approval. Additional work time, also with prior supervisory approval, may be necessary during evenings, weekends, and holidays, and will be compensated as compensatory time.
