View eEndorsement Documents – Producers online with MAIF may view all eEndorsement documents issued.

Electronic Policy Activity Corr – This application allows you to view daily correspondence from MAIF.  You can view all electronic mail or filter mail and view only additional premiums, declarations, outgoing correspondence, rewrite questionnaires, reject notices and notice of cancellations to lienholders.

Quick (Non-Recoverable) Quote - Another option to retrieve a MAIF quote for all states other than MD, VA, DE and NY which are provided under DCR and Recoverable Quote.  This option does not save your quote for you.

MD License Calculator - An excellent tool used to calculate a Maryland driver's license number by entering the first, middle, last name and birth month and day.

VIN Analyzer - This option gives you direct access to the same computer program MAIF uses to breakdown a vehicle identification number (VIN) in order to extract the appropriate rating symbol code.

Manual PP/Comm Binder/Receipt – All Private Passenger, Commercial, New Business & Rewrites must be bound on MIPS.

FR19 Request - By selecting the vehicle information records and dates needed, the MAIF Producer can IMMEDIATELY FAX to any of the listed Motor Vehicle Administration Offices the FR19 (Insurance Certification Form). The FR19 will additionally be mailed to the address entered on the FR19 request screen. The program provides excellent customer service because the data displayed offers complete MAIF vehicle history. This means that even if you were not the Producer of record, you can assist the customer by providing the required FR-19.

DCR (Driver Chargeability Report) and Recoverable Quote - This system retrieves the chargeable accidents from ChoicePoint, violations from Motor Vehicle Administration and returns the data showing the correct rating zip code, safe driver discounts and chargeable MAIF points. This superior rating tool is a free service! (You can print and send the DCR in with the application as it replaces the required driver's motor vehicle report.) Once the DCR is returned, it will give you the option to quit or continue on to obtain a full MAIF quote. This option can be used to obtain a premium quotation for a standard Private Passenger Policy with four (4) or less vehicles and four (4) or less drivers. You can save, print and mail the quote. (The program is pre-set with your own agency name, address, phone number and email address). The quote is recoverable for 30, 60 or 90 days. Those with ePolicy access will additionally be given the option to continue on to the ePolicy eligibility screen.  You can use this option to save, print and quote Regular Commercial policy types (excluding Sedans, Taxis, Publics, Garages, Trucker Policies, Driver Training schools, and vehicles over 26,000 lbs).  The MAC program pre-fills a manual commercial application using information submitted from the DCR and quote.

Resume DCR & Full Quote – This will bring you back to a previous quote and allow you to continue with the ePolicy.

Retract ePolicy Transactions – Under this option, an ePolicy can be retracted (voided) within 48 hours.

eEndorsement – This option allows you to endorse (change) an existing policy.

No Lapse Policy Coverage Form – This option allows you to print the No Lapse Policy Coverage Form for a particular policy.  The name, policy number and cancellation or expiration date will automatically pre-fill.

Manage eSigned documents – producers can manage their eSigned documents here.

Claims Pending or Closed – Another option to view claims that are pended or closed.

Change Account Password - We strongly encourage that Producers change the MAIF issued password upon issuance. Additionally, anytime there are any staffing changes in the office, please remember to immediately change your password.
