Maryland Auto Insurance seeks an experienced Accounting Associate. Duties include: using multiple PC screens to post cash and enter producer information; transferring cash from policy to policy; reviewing drafts; depositing checks using bank remote access; and other functions to support responsibilities of the unit. Will also respond to telephone calls concerning commission and premium questions.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of experience in accounting/fiscal clerical work.
Additional Information:
This position will report to a Fiscal Supervisor and will not supervise other employees. This is a flextime position scheduled for 40 hours each week. Duties of this position may require work during evenings, weekend, or holidays. Additional hours worked, with supervisory approval, will be compensated as cash overtime.
